Sunday, January 27, 2008

Jeannette High School's Terrelle Pryor last night became the 23rd player in WPIAL boys' basketball history to score 2,000 career points.

Pryor, a 6-foot-6 senior, scored 18 points in a 69-43 victory against host Greensburg Central Catholic. Pryor now has 2,003 points. Pryor also is a football star and is the first athlete in WPIAL history to either rush or pass for 4,000 career yards in football, and score more than 2,000 in basketball.
