The Steelers may be absent from Arizona this year, but Chef Kevin Sousa of Bigelow Grille will once again be on hand to represent Pittsburgh Pride at the 2008 Taste of the NFL, a culinary charity event that raises awareness and funds for hunger-related charities around the country, including the Greater Pittsburgh Community Food Bank.
This year, his second visit to the event, chef Sousa will prepare a truly unique taste of Pittsburgh. He'll serve blue prawn kielbasa, seaweed sauerkraut, blue potato pierogie and caraway bubbles.
