Illness knocks out Penguins' Kennedy

Penguins forward Tyler Kennedy will miss the YoungStars game during the NHL's all-star weekend and is out indefinitely after being diagnosed with mononucleosis.

Kennedy, a rookie, has 12 points in 31 games.
