Officials of the Big 33 are meeting this weekend to pick the Pennsylvania team for the June all-star football game. But the biggest star in Pennsylvania won't be on the team.
Jeannette quarterback Terrelle Pryor said Thursday he won't play in the game, which matches Pennsylvania's top seniors against Ohio's top seniors. The game is set for June 14 at Hersheypark Stadium.
This will be the 51st game. The coach of the Pennsylvania team is Parkland's Jim Morgans, whose team reached the PIAA Class AAAA final this past season before losing to Central Catholic. One of Pennsylvania's assistant coaches is North Allegheny's Art Walker.
