Congratulations to Bill and Jim Germanakos, the 40-year-old Long Island, N.Y., twins who dominated this season of "The Biggest Loser." Bill is the $250,000 season four champion, beating Isabeau, Hollie and Julie on Tuesday's finale. Bill started the game at 334 pounds, and lost 164 pounds, or 49.10 percent of his body weight, to now weigh 170. Jim was voted out earlier, but won the $100,000 biggestloserclub.com prize, beating the other 11 eliminated contestants. Jim loses an impressive 186 pounds, going from 361 to 175, losing 51.52 percent of his body weight. Neil comes in a close second, going from 421 to 210. If he had only lost another 5 pounds he would have won the $100,000, but let's not forget Neil's the guy who gained 17 pounds one week in an attempt to throw the game. Karma? Whatever, at least he's healthy now!
Isabeau, Hollie and Julie are notable runners-up, too, losing incredible amounts of weight. Isabeau's now a personal trainer, Hollie moved to California to pursue a healthier lifestyle and Julie is speaking in front of Congress about diet and health. These women may not have won the grand prize, but they're all winners in my book.

Miss New York has found her man... and it's not who you'd guess. On the season finale of "I Love New York 2," New York chooses sensitive and spineless Tailor Made over sexy but sketchy Buddha.
While in Jamaica, Tailor Made gets a pep talk, and a slap in the face, from Sister Patterson, urging him to get back in the game. So Tailor Made buys a ring and pops the big question to New York, which seems to freak her out, but on her date with Buddha, New York hints at getting freaky. Buddha seems like a shoo-in, but Tailor Made is her man.
"Buddha, I love you, but I'm not in love with you. I'm in love with Tailor Made," New York says. ... Wait, the night before she told Buddha she was in love with him.
Anyway, New York says she loves Tailor Made, but she's not saying yes to his proposal just yet. She's having flashbacks of her ex, Tango, so she asks Tailor Made to give her 24 months before an engagement.
"It's been a long journey, but it's been all worth it because in the end I've found the girl of my dreams," Tailor Made says.
The reunion show airs Jan. 6 at 9 p.m. on VH1. Will New York and Tailor Made still be together? My guess is yes!
On "The Girls Next Door," Holly wants to remodel the '70s-era gym in the Playboy Mansion, but Hef refuses to dump the wood paneling. Holly manages to trash the mushy couch, and when Hef tours the spruced-up gym, he barely notices the missing couch since the gym is filled with Playmates! Meanwhile, Kendra's mom, Patti, undergoes plastic surgery to boost her confidence. Lucky mom gets to recover at the Mansion, where the Playboy family takes great care of her. "It's really hard for me to see blood and guts and stuff like that, but it's my own mom so I had to be there and take care of her. And you know, I had to suck it up and be the mom now," Kendra says.
"The Girls Next Door" airs Sunday at 10 p.m. on E!
On last week's "Run's House," JoJo enlists his dad's help getting a record deal for Team Blackout. While the group needs work, Latchkey Records gives JoJo a legit contract. Vanessa's run on "Guiding Light" is coming to an end, and Angela's ready to pack up and move to L.A., but will the sisters leave Run's House? Finally, mom Justine takes a turn skateboarding with Diggy and Russy, but winds up flat on the ground. "Thank God this summer's over. Thank you, God. We'll get you a sled, babe," Run says to Justine "They don't do sleds anymore, that's old school. It's snowboarding!" she says.
"Run's House" airs Thursday at 10 p.m. on MTV.
... is Denise, the mullet-sporting lunch lady who finished fourth on "Survivor: China." During the live reunion show, Denise offers up a sob story about how when she returned home to Douglas, Mass., she lost her lunch lady job and is now a janitor. Fast-forward a few segments, and "Survivor" host Jeff Probst surprises Denise, saying producer Mark Burnett is giving her $50,000 to get her life back in order. Aww. But wait, fast-forward to Tuesday. According to the Associated Press, Douglas Schools Superintendent Nancy Lane said Denise was promoted to custodian at her own request in March, earning better pay and benefits. So what's with the sob story? Denise apologized on Tuesday.
