Carnegie


Following an accident with an unattended car on Second Avenue, Michael Bopp, 24, of Carnegie, was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol and fleeing or attempting to elude police.



John W. Barker, 78, and Gladys K. Barker, 74, both of Carnegie, were charged Dec. 5 with violation of the borough ordinance against keeping a disorderly location after repeated domestic calls to their residence over two years,



Martina L. Searcy, 18, of Carnegie, was charged last Thursday with simple assault and harassment following a domestic incident at Carnegie Towers.



Ronald J. Lamb, 38, of Crafton, was charged Dec. 4 with criminal mischief and disorderly conduct at Carnegie Towers.



Ramone T. Blakey, 20, of Carnegie, was charged last Thursday with disorderly conduct at Carnegie Towers.



Shayla Kemp, 19, of Carnegie, was charged Saturday with disorderly conduct at Carnegie Towers.



Thomas Nuttall, 19, of Carnegie, was charged Saturday with disorderly conduct on Logan Street.



John E. Barker, 38, of Brookline, was charged Sunday with disorderly conduct on Second Avenue.

Collier


Lyudmila Bugayenko, 47, and Yuliya Bugayenko, 24, both of Mt. Lebanon, were charged Saturday with retail theft at T. J. Maxx, Great Southern Shopping Center, after they were accused of putting $307.75 worth of merchandise in a cart and covering it with their purses.



Jeremy Schiff, 19, of Bridgeville, was charged last Thursday with retail theft and theft by unlawful taking at Kmart, Chartiers Valley Shopping Center. Mr. Schiff, who was a store employee, is accused of taking money from his register drawer.



Jerome Brown, 18, of the North Side, was charged Saturday with retail theft and criminal conspiracy after he was accused of trying to conceal several DVDs and X-Box games at Kmart, Chartiers Valley Shopping Center.



Ronald Portokalis, 38, of Fourth Street, Braddock, and Dominic T. Roiani, 50, of Carnegie, were charged Dec. 5 with theft by unlawful taking, receiving stolen property and criminal conspiracy after they were accused of stealing 14 used batteries worth $84 from Hunter Truck Sales, Campbells Run Road.



Anthony Zorzi, 52, of Bridgeville, was charged Dec. 5 with retail theft after he was accused of attempting to conceal a USB cable worth $24.99 that set off the store theft alarm.



Julia Maxwell, 43, of Dormont, and Shana Maxwell, 21, of Carnegie, were charged last Thursday with disorderly conduct and simple assault following a domestic incident at Collier Town Square.

Crafton


A juvenile was charged with disorderly conduct Friday after he was accused of turning on an outside faucet at an Oregon Avenue residence for five hours, flooding a basement.

Findlay


Khaled Alsoud, 37, of Findlay, was charged Friday with failing to keep his farm animals secured after neighbors complained that his animals were roaming on Potato Garden Run Road and private properties.



Frank Derosky, 70, of Findlay, was charged Friday with harassment after an incident in his residence involving a family member.

Ingram


Police received these vandalism complaints:

• Spray-painted graffiti on playground equipment in Ingram Park Tuesday.

• A female motorist reported her window shot out by a BB or pellet gun on West Prospect Avenue near the 7-Eleven Saturday.

• A vehicle parked on Marchmont Street was struck by another vehicle in a hit-and-run incident, Dec. 4.

Police received these theft reports:

• Two basketballs from a yard on Miles Avenue, Monday.

• A resident on Sampson Avenue reported the theft of a cell phone worth $100.

• A Stowe Street resident reported that a package left on her doorstep after 2:30 p.m. had been stolen Dec. 5.



A male walking on Ingram Avenue near the West Busway was shot Sunday with an Airsoft-type pistol from the back area of the apartments on Center Street.



Robert Byrnes, 26 of Pittsburgh, was charged with disorderly conduct after an incident on Wynne Avenue.

Kennedy


Gary Sinchak, 23, of Kennedy, was charged Dec. 5 with two counts each of criminal mischief and defiant trespass after the telephone lines were severed on Windriver Drive residence.

Robinson


Zachary Fries, 18, of Pittsburgh, was charged Dec. 2 with criminal trespass after he was accused of entering the Mall at Robinson where he had been banned for one year because of a prior incident.



Amy Starr, 23, of Toronto, Ohio, was charged Nov. 30 with retail theft, receiving stolen property and possession of a controlled substance after she was accused of stealing $241 worth of merchandise from Macy's.



Patricia O'Hara, 21, of Dormont, Jill Arnold, 33, of Brookline, and Justin Wood, 30, of Dormont, were charged Nov. 30 with retail theft, receiving stolen property and criminal conspiracy after they were accused of stealing merchandise from Famous Footwear.



David Rager, 53, of Georgetown, Beaver County, was charged Nov. 27 with driving under the influence of alcohol and careless driving on Campbells Run Road.

Scott


During the night of Friday to Saturday, $5,000 worth of tools were stolen from several trucks parked at Advanced Communications, Inc. on Forest Avenue.



David Joseph Murphy, 50, of Scott, was charged Dec. 4 with public drunkenness and disorderly conduct after a fight on Sell Way.



Following a traffic stop at the Wal-Mart parking lot, Joseph Changle, 19, of Carnegie, was charged Saturday with having a stolen registration plate on his vehicle.



Anthony Goff, 42, of Scott, was charged Sunday with possession of marijuana and having fraudulent inspection stickers on his car after a traffic stop on Caro Street.



A $1,500 wood stove was stolen the night of Dec. 4-5 from a parking lot on Vanadium Road. The stove was next to a storage trailer.



A snow blower was stolen Sunday from outside a North Wren Drive residence.

South Fayette


During the night of Dec. 4-5, a $650 GE stainless steel gas range was stolen from a home under construction in the Berkshire plan off of Old Oakdale Road.
