Those wishing to speak at a special hearing on Pittsburgh Schenley High School must register by noon Tuesday.
The hearing, at 6 p.m. Tuesday at school district offices in Oakland, will be on Superintendent Mark Roosevelt's proposal to close the Schenley building for maintenance reasons at the end of this school year.
To speak, residents must register by calling the superintendent's office at 412-622-3600 by Tuesday noon, but no registrations will be taken tomorrow, Friday or Monday.
The district also will accept written testimony submitted by 5 p.m. Tuesday. It can be e-mailed to publichearing@pghboe.net or faxed to 412-622-3624.
