Q: I know this is a long shot, but is there any chance Penn State coach Joe Paterno may have learned from Florida's Urban Meyer and will use a two-quarterback system next year, with an athletic QB like Tim Tebow and a pocket passer like Chris Leak, who was there last year?
John Bloom, Elrama
MUSSELMAN: You're right, John, it is not very likely. Joe Paterno said last week that the starting job would be up for grabs in the spring between Daryll Clark and Pat Devlin. Clark and Devlin have seen mostly mop-up duty this season. Clark has been the No. 2 guy the last two years and third-stringer Devlin was a superb high school quarterback with eye-popping numbers. It should be an interesting battle, but I don't see both sharing time.
