Trick or treat hours for the city of Pittsburgh are from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. tomorrow.
To keep this Halloween safe, it's recommended that:
An adult or older sibling supervises the outing for children under age 12.
Children travel only in familiar areas and along an established route and stop only at houses or apartment buildings that are well-lit, and never to enter a stranger's home.
Flashlights are carried, since falls are the leading cause of unintentional injuries on Halloween;
Strips of reflective tape should be used to make children visible if they are out after dark.
When in doubt about any treat, throw it out.
