Picking an all-time greats team for the Pittsburgh Steelers is a daunting challenge not unlike trying to assemble a list of the best pieces of art in the Louvre: both boast too many artists, too many masterpieces.

The task would be simpler for say, the Houston Texans -- bad team, short history.
But this is Pittsburgh, and these are the Steelers. To celebrate the team's 75th anniversary, the all-time roster, selected appropriately by the most devout fans in the National Football League -- possibly the world -- is composed of a hallowed list of gridiron gods.
