August is the big vacation month, right? So chances are a lot of you are going to be at the beach or the lake. In case you're going to be in Pittsburgh, there's plenty to do.

It's also county fair time and you know what that means -- cows, pigs, demo derbies, truck pulls, corndogs and lots of classic rock and country. You'll also find listings for concerts by the Doobie Brothers, Meatloaf, Lynyrd Skynyrd and Big & Rich. And don't forget art exhibits, as well as other traditional Pittsburgh places and season fun spots.
