Associations/Organizations

Ingrid Lundberg, shareholder, Dickie, McCamey & Chilcote, Pittsburgh office, was elected chair of the Allegheny County Bar Association Health Law Committee.

Banking, Finance

PNC announced the appointment of Terence Begley as head of corporate banking.

Consulting

Apple Box Studios hired Melissa Whiteman as a production manager and Emily Dabney as a business development specialist.

Allin Consulting hired Dan Frushell, senior consultant; Cristine Banaszak, business development manager; and Brandon Kennedy, business development manager.

Solutions 21 acquired JAD Executive Advisory Services and named J. Ardie "Butch" Dillen, former JAD president, vice president. He will focus primarily on strategic planning.

Engineering

Herbert, Rowland & Grubic Inc. (HRG) hired Jeffrey Barner as a transportation designer in its Pittsburgh office.

Health and Medicine

Allegheny General Hospital promoted two cardiovascular surgeons into leadership roles within the hospital's department of thoracic and cardiovascular surgery.

Stephen Bailey, M.D., was named director of the Division of Cardiac Surgery, and David Dean, M.D., will serve as head of the Section of Transplantation and Ventricular Assist Devices (VAD).

Insurance

Ryan Casciani joined the property and casualty division at Henderson Brothers.

Law

Burns, White & Hickton announced the appointment of Amy J. Carnicella, F. Bradley Christof and Carlos R. Diaz as associates in its Pittsburgh office. Ms. Carnicella joins the transportation group and concentrates on occupational illness litigation with a focus on repetitive stress injury defense. Mr. Christof joined the litigation group, where he handles personal injury and commercial and professional negligence matters. Mr. Diaz works in the transportation group, focusing on toxic tort litigation.

Lynch Weis announced the expansion of the firm with the addition of Adam L. Henry as an associate in the Commercial Litigation Group.

Media

FSN Pittsburgh named Matt Gubba and Julie Lehr account executives, and Danielle Imler, traffic assistant.

Mortgage

Pinnacle Financial Corp. hired Don Boucher, Dave Bridge, Brian Conroy and Jeff McKnight Sr. as mortgage loan officers.

Nonprofit

FamilyLinks named Chris Massetti, president of Donwil Co., to its board.

Meg Bernard was appointed director of development for Pressley Ridge.

Two new board members were recently installed at Girl Scouts -- Trillium Council's annual meeting: Nicole H. King, associate, Meyer, Unkovic, Scott , and Sarah A. Shaffer, assistant controller, production, Equitable Resources Inc.

Technology

4CTechnologies promoted Jennifer Grego to consultant and hired Dan George, project manager; Raphael Nash, senior consultant; and Greg Micher, business development representative.

NuVision Engineering Inc. said Glenn L. McCullough Jr. was elected chairman of the board.
