East Liberty Development Inc. will hold the first of a series of community discussions Thursday to begin revision of a community plan from 1999, which has guided the development that is reviving the neighborhood.

The meeting, from 5 to 8 p.m., will be in the social hall of East Liberty Presbyterian Church, 116 S. Highland Ave.

The new plan is to be released next year, after getting input from residents and others in the community.
