The southwestern Pennsylvania chapter of Variety International the Children's Charity encourages families of children with physical and cognitive disabilities to apply to the Kids on the Go! Program, which funds equipment that is not covered by medical insurance or public sources.

Examples of eligible items include wheelchairs, van lifts, house ramps, adaptive strollers, bicycles and tricycles, and communication systems. Children with disabilities under the age of 21 who live in southwestern Pennsylvania may apply. For information, call 412-747-2680.
