Citizens Bank of Pennsylvania promoted Nathan Sommer to vice president and regional manager for Citizens Bank of Pennsylvania's West In-Store region, comprising 10 branches in Allegheny and Beaver counties. Katina Lee was promoted to vice president and regional manager for Citizens Bank of Pennsylvania's Community Region, comprising nine branches throughout Allegheny County. Dana A. Drago was appointed vice chairman in charge of Citizens' Retail and Business Banking Group, and will be a member of Citizens' executive management committee.

Communications

The Pittsburgh office of Mullen promoted Leigh Ann Derringer to associate media director and hired Diana Peters, assistant media planner/buyer, and Kristin Ronca, account supervisor.

Apangea Learning hired Jan Miller as a sales executive.

Pennoni Associates added a Pittsburgh Environmental Division, led by Jerry V. DeRosa, senior environmental scientist.
