Coal miners back on job
Nearly 1,000 Greene County coal miners returned to work yesterday after a weeklong strike against their employer, Maryland-based Foundation Coal Holdings. The contract dispute centered on whether the company would sign the 2007 National Bituminous Coal Wage Agreement, negotiated nationally by the United Mine Workers. Peter Vietti, a spokesman for Foundation Coal, said the company did agree to sign the agreement as part of a new 5-year contract, with a "minor addendum" that he declined to disclose.
Fans find 'colorful' video
Eat'n Park's enthusiasm for the Pittsburgh Penguins ran smack into the darker side of the online world, forcing the restaurant chain yesterday to pull a "Let's Go Pens!'' video from the popular YouTube.com Web site. Seems some folks looking for the 30-second spot, which pokes fun at the Ottawa Senators, the first-round opponent in the Stanley Cup playoffs, were encountering inappropriate content instead. The clip now can be seen and heard on its Web site, at www.eatnpark.com/news.asp.

The Columbus, Ohio, corporate parent that owned the restaurants was acquired last year and is working to restructure the operation. A different franchisee owns a Damon's in Monroeville.
