Smile at somebody you really can't stand. Offer to help somebody who's never helped you a day in your life.
Free yourself of petty grudges. Take all that energy you've spent disliking somebody and put it to good use.
You'll be amazed at how sunny you'll feel inside.
So we're gonna go beg somebody's pardon and we suggest you do the same. But first read this edition of the GBB.

In a statement posted on her Web site yesterday, Wynonna said, "I am obviously devastated. Our family will pull together, begin the healing process and hopefully -- by the Grace of God -- become stronger."
Just last November in a "Ladies Home Journal" interview, Wy, 42, talked about trying to have a baby with D.R., her former security director. They wed in November 2003. She has two children from her first marriage.
We're gonna keep you and the family in our prayers, Wy.

As they gear up for the start of the third season of MTV's "Run's House," Rev. Run of Run-DMC fame and his wife, Justine, talk to Essence magazine's Jeanine Amber about the loss of their newborn daughter, Victoria Anne.
The couple allowed cameras to continue filming as they broke the devastating news to their children.
"How could we bring you in to enjoy all the fun," says Justine, "but then during bad times say, 'This is private'?"
Rev. Run and Justine say their faith is what has gotten them through.
"I'm not going to be an inspiration by asking over and over, 'Why?' There's no answer to why. The only answer is to show people you can be strong and courageous, because if Rev. Run and Justine can go through this and still stand in faith, you can do it, too."
The couple plans to adopt.

We love Clive Davis, but looks like he wanna be startin' something with talk like this.
"In my opinion, the best singers in the world are Aretha [Franklin] and [Whitney] Houston," he told Hollywood TV. "That's not to knock [Mariah] Carey. Carey is a friend of mine, but I think Mariah would even say those two are the best."
We don't know about that one, Clive.
Mariah might hit one of those high notes and break your eyeglasses just because she can.

Goldie Hawn's getting another grandchild!
Her son, Oliver Hudson, who co-stars in the new CBS show "Rules of Engagement," and his wife, actress Erinn Bartlett, are expecting their first child.
That also means Oliver's sister, Kate, is going to be an auntie.
Speaking of babies, rumor has it that newlywed Liz Hurley may be in the family way, according to MSNBC.
Seems Hugh Grant's ex was seen rubbing her belly, and her 5-year-old son Damien (that name scares us for some reason) was spotted talking to her stomach.
Well, we don't know what to make of that, but time will tell.

Word is Vivica A. Fox lost more than her dignity when she was arrested and charged with DUI last week.
Reports are that she lost an endorsement deal with Cadillac worth about $1 million a year.
Viv was driving a Cadillac Escalade when she was stopped by the police for speeding. The stop led to the DUI.
