Landmark Properties Group has acquired three office buildings: Town Centre, a 36,962-square-foot building, and MeadowPointe Office Park, a 28,762-square-foot building, both in Wexford ; and Keystone Corporate Square is a 98,448-square-foot garden style office complex in the northeast section of Indianapolis. The three properties total 164,000 square feet and now bring Landmark's total office and retail square feet owned to more than 1 million.

New Business/New Offices

Mary Ann Miller, a veteran local public relations and marketing executive, launched Mary Ann Miller Communications, which offers development and execution of strategic public, media relations and marketing communications programs; brand development and execution, writing for internal and external publications; turnkey project, account and special events planning and management. Before launching her public relations and marketing consultancy, she held executive management positions with Dudreck, DePaul, Ficco & Morgan, where she was vice president of public relations; with Desbrow, she was executive vice president; and most recently, with Jack Horner Communications, as senior vice president and then executive director of the Pittsburgh office. A Villanova University graduate, she is an member of the Public Relations Society of America.

Elisco Advertising opened a remote office in Marathon, Fla., near Key West, which is a sales office and outpost for connecting with new clients in the Greater Miami area. Nick Nascone leads the office.

Contracts

MAKO Surgical Corp., an emerging orthopedic medical device company headquartered in Fort Lauderdale, Fla., has hired Kolbrener to develop MAKO's brand messaging, marketing strategy and brand identification and architecture.
