The good news: With so many fabulous, fashion-forward options, your bridesmaids will be thrilled to wear one of the latest designs from the runways.

The bad news: You won't be able to choose just one. Here are the top three trends:

Trend 1: New necklines
The trendiest neckline is a plunging V-neck, and the hottest gowns go as low as you dare.

Very sexy and very '70s, V-shapes are also plunging down backs and bodices.

But that's not the only neckline taking over the strapless stronghold. One-shoulder and crisscrossed halters are perfect for chic, sophisticated maids.

Trend 2: Feminine details
The very details that hit it big and graced the ready-to-wear runways are now trickling down into bridesmaid fashion.

Think ruffled hems, layered necklines and romantic tiers -- in chiffon, taffeta and lace.

Pleated chiffon skirts and tulle peeking out from hemlines are the perfect elements to take your bridesmaid looks from sweet and girly to ultra feminine.

Trend 3: Jewel tones
Soft colors will always be an option for bridesmaids, but this season is all about bold, bright colors.

Think sharp hues like ruby red and sapphire blue.

Kelly green and fuchsia also hit the bridesmaid runways, giving brides more palatable palette options than ever before.
