Thursday, March 15, 2007

Pitt has promoted graduate assistant Brian Angelichio to a full-time job as tight ends coach. Also, former defensive line coach Bob Junko has been moved to an administrative job. Angelichio was on the staff last year and worked with the tight ends. He replaces interim offensive assistant Charlie Taaffe, who was added to the staff before the season when Junko took a leave of absence due to health concerns. Also added to the staff was James Smith as assistant strength and conditioning coach.
