Survivor in town
Wednesday, March 07, 2007

Bearded Rupert Boneham, who competed on "Survivor: Pearl Islands" and "Survivor All-Stars" for CBS, will make an appearance at the Borders in Upper St. Clair, 1775 North Highland Road, at 2 p.m. Saturday. Boneham won $1 million on "Survivor: America's Tribal Council," a special episode of "All-Stars" in which the prize was awarded after a popular vote among the cast.

He used his winnings to start the Indianapolis-based Rupert's Kids (www.rupertskids.com) and tells his personal survival story in "Rupert: Just Being Me" (Life Press, $14.95).
