Just in time for Valentine's Day, Kaitlynn Dorr, 5, and Lucas Pugliese, 2, of Verona, will be the featured couple in the Sunday issue of Parade magazine. The picture of the twosome, which was taken by Kaitlynn's mother, Michelle Dorr, was chosen from more than 308,000 submissions to appear in Parade's Snapshot photography column.

The picture was snapped in August, when the Dorrs and their neighbors, the Puglieses, were on their way to separate weddings.

"Kaitlynn has always had a crush on Lucas. She keeps saying she is going to marry him and so, when I saw her trying to kiss him, I had to snap the picture," Ms. Dorr said.

"We are very excited about it and that they made it into the magazine," she said.
