Kiski Area graduate Anthony Cellitti was chosen as one of the Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference's top 10 outstanding student-athletes from fall sports.
Cellitti, a junior wide receiver on the Indiana University of Pennsylvania football team, boasts a perfect 4.00 GPA in health and physical education.
Cellitti finished with 27 receptions for 318 yards and two touchdowns. A first-team All-PSAC West honoree in 2005, Cellitti has career totals of 58 receptions for 726 yards and six touchdowns.
The Top Ten Awards, selected by the PSAC's sports information directors, recognize student-athletes who distinguish themselves in the classroom, as well as in the arena of competition.
Bearcats' leading scorer
Greensburg Salem graduate Laura Klimchock leads the Saint Vincent College women's basketball team with a 22.1 points per game scoring average.
Klimchock, a 5-7 junior guard, is shooting 43.4 percent from the field and 78.3 percent from the foul line.
She's a gym dandy
Greensburg Central Catholic graduate Taylor Seaman has earned a starting spot on the North Carolina State University women's gymnastics team in her freshman season.
On Jan. 23, she was awarded East Atlantic Gymnastics League rookie of the week.
