All federal, state, county and city offices and most banks will be closed today for the Martin Luther King Jr. Day holiday. Post offices will be closed and there will be no delivery of regular mail; however, mail will be collected from mailboxes.

Citizens Bank branches in Giant Eagle stores in Pennsylvania will be open from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Garbage pickup will be delayed one day.

The Port Authority of Allegheny County will run regular weekday bus service today. Customer service representatives will be available between 6 a.m. and 7 p.m. by calling 412-442-2000.
