Men's highlights

Mike Schachtner scored 20 points to lead Wisconsin-Green Bay (10-7, 2-2 Horizon League) to a 59-49 win at Youngstown State. Quin Humphrey led Youngstown State (7-10, 2-3) with 17 points. ... Point Park, ranked No. 3 in the NAIA, upped its record to 18-0 with a 92-85 victory at Geneva (8-8). Ryne Liggins and Chivas Whipple each scored 19 points for Point Park and Whipple had 13 rebounds. ... Waynesburg (7-4) snapped a two-game losing streak with a 78-75 win against visiting Penn State New Kensington (3-8). Jeff Nero had 14 points and 12 rebounds for Waynesburg.

Women's highlights

Andrea Walker, a freshman from West Allegheny High School, made two free throws with 1.3 seconds left and No. 6 Ohio State (14-1, 3-0 Big Ten) survived at Penn State (8-10, 1-4), 63-61. Lady Lion guard Tyra Grant fouled Walker while going for a rebound. Walker calmly sank the free throws, and Penn State's Kam Gissendanner missed a desperation 3-pointer as time expired. ... Geneva won its seventh consecutive game, downing visiting Point Park, 73-53. Allyson Clarke scored 17 points for Geneva (11-2, 4-0 AMC North). Ashleigh Hays had 23 points for Point Park (5-9, 0-3). ... Elena Radenkovic scored 19 points and Erika Haitz had 18 and 10 rebounds as Seton Hill (7-7) defeated visiting Carlow (2-13), 90-54.
