Carnegie

Gary A. Fayall, 32, of Carnegie, was charged Dec. 24 with aggravated assault, simple assault, recklessly endangering another person, terroristic threats and disorderly conduct following a domestic argument on the 10th floor of Carnegie Towers.

Michael Davis, 31, of Carnegie, was charged Dec. 26 with simple assault following a domestic dispute on Broadway Street.

Debra Ann McNamara, 52, of Carnegie, was charged Dec. 23 with retail theft at the Family Dollar Store on Broadway Street.

Jon V. Sholtis, 53, and William Nagel, 49, both Carnegie, were charged Dec. 23 with public drunkenness and disorderly conduct on Lincoln Avenue.

William J. Williamson, 50, of Carnegie, was charged Friday with public drunkenness on West Main Street.

Terry M. Clark, 21, of Bellevue, was charged Dec. 24 with disorderly conduct on the sixth floor of Carnegie Towers.

Jonathan L Dean, 44, of Carnegie, was charged Sunday with disorderly conduct on East Main Street.

Manuel R. Ferraz, 19, of Brentwood, was charged last Thursday with underage possession of alcohol at the Extended Stay Hotel on North Bell Avenue.

Sharon R. Twigg, 39, of Carnegie, was charged Friday with violation of the borough ordinance against keeping a disorderly location after police were called about a domestic situation.

Collier

John Bell, 39, of Collier, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol after a Dec. 27 traffic accident on Boyds Run Road in which his car ran off the road, taking out a street sign and two trees, police said.

At 9:30 p.m. Dec. 19, a woman shopping at Kmart, Chartiers Valley Shopping Center, had her purse stolen when she turned away from her cart. The purse contained $100 in cash, credit cards, driver's license and keys. Witnesses and the store surveillance tape described the thief as a white female in her mid-20s with dark brown hair in a ponytail and dressed in a white sweater and denim capris.

Scott

Steve Jankech, 1 of Scott, was charged Dec. 22 with simple assault, terroristic threats, disorderly conduct and harassment after he was accused of threatening the Rocky's Bar owner and bartender. He also pushed and shoved the owner, police said.

Neil Kumar, 22, of Mt. Washington, was charged Dec. 23 with driving under the influence of alcohol after his car flipped onto its roof on Hope Hollow Road.

Early Dec. 22, an officer found a wrecked car in the 2500 block of Greentree Road. Police in Collier found the driver, Gabrielle Garner, 19, of Oakdale. She was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol.

South Fayette

At 8:21 a.m. Dec. 24, the burglar alarm sounded at the New Dragon Express restaurant on Washington Pike. Police found that the restaurant's front door glass had been broken out and $20 in $1 bills had been taken from a cash drawer. Damage was estimated at $250.
