Carnegie

Ronald F. Burns, 45, of Carnegie, was charged Nov. 28 with simple assault, resisting arrest, disorderly conduct and public drunkenness after an incident on West Main Street.

Melissa Dailey, 24, of Carnegie, was charged Nov. 28 with disorderly conduct at the Family Dollar store on Broadway Street.

Erin G. Canton, 28, of Carnegie, whose dog bit someone, was charged Nov. 27 with violations of the Pennsylvania Dog Law, including failure to confine her dog, harboring a dangerous dog and failure to get her dog a rabies inoculation.

William T. Neal, 52, of Carnegie, was charged Nov. 27 with public drunkenness on West Main Street.

Gilbert C. Maldonado, 21, of Carnegie, was charged Nov. 28 with defiant trespass at Carnegie Towers.

Collier

Lori Garcia, 44, of Peters, was charged Nov. 28 with retail theft after, police said, she tried to leave TJ Maxx with $50 worth of merchandise that had not been paid for.

Bigley Plumbing on Willow Street reported the theft Nov. 27 of copper fittings, copper pipes and various tools from a truck and its building.

A Bethel Park woman who discovered her wallet missing Nov. 21, reported Nov. 28 that her credit cards had been used fraudulently at TJ Maxx, Great Southern Shopping Center, and Family Bookstore, Chartiers Valley Shopping Center. Besides the loss of her credit cards, $200 in cash was in the wallet.

Crafton

Nicholas Rattenni, 22, of Crafton, was charged Saturday with disorderly conduct after a disturbance outside a home on Sterrett Street.

Beth A. Zack, 35, of Crafton, was charged Saturday with theft after she was caught, police said, trying to steal more than $90 worth of merchandise in a shopping bag from Giant Eagle in the Crafton Ingram Shopping Center.

Robinson

Pauline Brickner, 42, of Robinson, was charged Nov. 11 with burglary, trespassing, theft and receiving stolen property after, police said, she entered a home on Steubenville Pike and stole money.

Gary Barbour II, 25, of the South Side, was charged Nov. 10 with unauthorized use of a motor vehicle after, police said, he took a car from The Mall at Robinson without permission.

Eric Dewitt, 27, of Ambridge, was charged Nov. 10 with several counts of theft after, police said, he stole more than $2,100 from FYE Music and Video, where he was employed.

Linda Lutz, 35, of Pittsburgh, was charged Nov. 9 with possession of drug paraphernalia, suspension of registration, no insurance and windshield obstructions after being stopped on Steubenville Pike.

Neil Zapf, 24, of the North Side, was charged Nov. 9 with possession of drug paraphernalia, driving without inspection and windshield obstructions after he was stopped on Robinson Town Centre Boulevard.

Scott

Eric G. Conway, 34, of Scott, and Otha R. Ringer, 36, of Steubenville, Ohio, were charged Friday with disorderly conduct, public drunkenness, robbery and assault after police received a complaint of two men beating another man.

Holly L. Murr, 30, of Scott, was charged Nov. 29 with disorderly conduct on Greenvalley Drive.

After an officer observed him staggering at Duncan Way and Noblestown Road, William Neal, 52, of Carnegie, was charged Friday with public drunkenness.

A Hoff Street man reported Friday that he had received several notices from the Royal British Lotto in Canada stating that he had won $107,646 but had to pay $2,840.50 to get the money. Police are contacting postal authorities about the incidents.
