Northwood Realty Services has announced its top agents for October.
Dale McKinley of the Hidden Valley office was first in sales and listing volume with nine sales totaling $2.3 million and seven listings worth $1.8 million. Rose Turuck, Hermitage, led unit sales and listings with 18 sales and 15 listings.
Other top performers were: Nancy Evans, North Hills, nine sales totaling $1.7 million; Tim Ulam and Sue Franz, Peters, eight sales totaling $1.6 million; Staci Rullo, Penn Hills, 13 sales worth $1.4 million and 12 listings worth $1.6 million; Sharon Schneider, Upper St. Clair, four listings worth $1.5 million; Debbie Kamenar, Wexford, four listings worth $1.2 million; Marlene McNaughton, Upper St. Clair, five sales totaling $1.1 million; and Bernice Schoedel, Cranberry West, nine sales totaling $1 million.
Howard Hanna Real Estate Services has hired many new agents.
The team of Eileen Lusk and Laura Sauereisen has joined the Fox Chapel office. Both have bachelor's degrees in communications, Ms. Lusk from the University of Pittsburgh and Ms. Sauerseisen from the University of Tennessee. Ms. Lusk previously worked in another Howard Hanna office. She and Ms. Sauereisen are long-standing members of the Junior League of Pittsburgh.
Carolyn Albright and Rebecca Muha have joined the Franklin Park office. Ms. Albright has a bachelor's degree in human development and family studies from Penn State University. She has worked as a supervisor for infant care and with the National Center for Missing Children. Ms. Muha has an associate's degree in respiratory therapy and has worked for Mercy Hospital for the past three years.
Amy and Paul Warrick of Ross have joined the North Hills office after working for RE/MAX Three Rivers Realty for more than five years. Mr. Warrick is a volunteer fireman.
Jennifer Manney has joined the condominium office. She worked as a sales manager for Bally Total Fitness and as a marketing assistant for Prudential Financial. She has a bachelor's degree in economics from the University of Pittsburgh. She is active in the Pittsburgh Department of Parks and Recreation and is a member of the Sweetwater Center for the Arts in Sewickley.
Lourdes Matamoros has also joined the condominium office. She worked previously as an agent for furnished rentals in New York City and owned a direct mail advertising agency. She has been a substitute teacher at Oakland Catholic High School.
Melissa Conley has joined the Mt. Lebanon office. After attending the Art Institute of Pittsburgh, she had been an interior designer for three years.
Stacey Oplinger has joined the Murrysville office. She has an associate's degree in dental hygiene from Westmoreland County Community College.
Sue Wells has re-joined the West Suburban office in Moon. She previously worked there in 1996 and has been in the nursing field for 35 years.

Bob Ernst of Bethel Park has joined Prudential Preferred Realty's Bethel Park office. He has taught in the Montour and Peters school districts and has a bachelor's degree in education from Duquesne University.
Howard W. "Hoddy" Hanna III, chairman and CEO of Howard Hanna Real Estate Services, has been elected to the board of directors at John Carroll University in University Heights, Ohio.
Mr. Hanna is a 1969 graduate of John Carroll. He also serves on the boards of Charter One Bank, Citizens Bank, University of Pittsburgh Medical Center, Children's Hospital of Pittsburgh Foundation and the Duquesne Club.
Janine Guthrie has been appointed sales director of Coldwell Banker's South Hills/Upper St. Clair office.
A Realtor for more than 20 years, Ms. Guthrie worked previously for Keller Williams Realty. She has has earned the designations Accredited Buyers Representative, Graduate, Realtors Institute and e-Pro.
Ms. Guthrie will work with current manager Sandy Learish in overseeing more than 120 sales associates and staff members.
Howard Hanna has announced an affiliation with J.C. Meyer Realtors of Ashland, Ohio. It will become Hanna's 119th office and its first in Ashland County. The office, at 1171 E. Main St., includes more than 20 sales associates and is led by broker Tiffany Meyer.
Model homes in all 30 Heartland Homes communities will accept donations for the Marines Toys for Tots program.
