Michele Leone has joined the Wexford office of Achieve Realty. Ms. Leone, a Realtor for six years, also has a Florida license and is the only locally based agent selling Florida properties on a full-time basis. She specializes in preconstruction and existing residential properties in South Florida's coastal areas.

Prudential Preferred Realty has named its top agents for October.

Sam Pace of the Penn Hills office was first in residential sales, and Scott Ludwig, Greensburg, led in listings. Linda Honeywill, North Hills, was No. 1 in residential listings sold.

Chris Thomas, city, led in new construction listings, and Marilyn Davis, Greensburg, was first in new construction listings sold.

Shirley Smith of South Park and Michael King of Coraopolis have joined Coldwell Banker Real Estate as sales associates.

Ms. Smith, formerly with Northwood Realty, has joined the South Hills/Upper St. Clair office. She has earned the designations Accredited Buyers Representative and Senior Real Estate Specialist. Mr. King, also a former Northwood agent, has joined the Shadyside office. He attended Pittsburgh Technical Institute for Business Administration and specializes in selling in the city and Coraopolis areas.

Howard Hanna Real Estate Services has honored agents in the Peters and Washington offices for achieving Champion's Club level for the third quarter of 2006.

From the Peters office, the winners were Holly Corace, Mary Lou Hagman, Mary Eve Kearns and Marge Stein. Dorothy Walsko was cited from the Washington office.

Each agent qualified by achieving at least $1.6 million in sales, 17 sales, $3 million in listings or 17 listings in July, August and September.

Coldwell Banker has recognized its top sales associates for October.

Kevin Mihm, North Hills, had $5 million from 11 sales and $2 million in listings; followed by Carol Bagaley, North Hills, $4.4 million in sales and $1.3 million in listings; Maria and Joe Lane, Route 19/Galleria, $3.5 million from 10 sales and $2.4 million in listings; and Carole Clifford, Shadyside, $3.3 million in sales. Other leaders by office:

Howard Hanna has acquired Tanner Gibson Realty in New Castle.

Tanner Gibson has been serving New Castle and Lawrence County for 33 years. Russ Gibson will become senior associate broker in Hanna's New Castle office, 2900 Wilmington Road. The office is managed by Bob Marquis.

EVENTS

Coldwell Banker's South Hills/Upper St. Clair office will host its annual Holiday Breakfast on Dec. 1 at the Crowne Plaza Hotel. Admission is $15, and doors will open at 8:30 am.

Pittsburgh Pirates broadcaster Lanny Frattare will again serve as emcee and music will be provided by Craig Zinger. A silent auction and prize raffle will be held after breakfast.
