George Hackett, president and chief operating officer of Coldwell Banker Real Estate-Pittsburgh, has been appointed president of the board of directors of the Western Pennsylvania Multiple Listing Service.
Mr. Hackett has been Coldwell Banker's president and CEO for more than 20 years. The multi-list provides listings for real estate brokers and agents.
Gia Albanowski and Mary Ann Metro have joined Prudential Preferred Realty as agents.
Ms. Albanowski, who will work in the Cranberry office, has worked as a paralegal for the past 15 years. She received a bachelor's degree in literature from Slippery Rock University and a master's in secondary education, English, from Duquesne University.
Ms. Metro, a South Fayette resident, has joined the Peters office. Formerly with Northwood Realty, she has also worked as an assistant manager with Thrift/Eckerd Drug Co. for 17 years.
Lori Stevenson-Crandell of Coldwell Banker's Fox Chapel office has earned an associate broker's license.

Louise Graham has rejoined Howard Hanna in the condominium office in Oakland. Ms. Graham has 18 years' experience, 15 with Hanna's Allison Park office and the past three years with Coldwell Banker. She is also a hearing officer for the Allegheny County Board of Property Assessment and Review.
Ms. Graham is a multimillion-dollar producer and associate broker with the designations Certified Relocation Specialist, New Construction Specialist and Graduate, Realtor's Institute. She is also an active member of the Downtown Living Neighborhood Association.
"M.J." Junejo has joined the Green Tree office. Previously with Coldwell Banker, he has a bachelor's degree in business administration and is fluent in languages spoken in India.
Jeanne Blackburn has joined the condominium division. She has worked in home warranty sales and mortgage origination. She has a bachelor's degree from Pitt and received the Chancellor's Scholarship in 2002 and 2003.

Heartland Homes will hold grand opening tours the next two weekends at its Berkshire model in Peters' Hiddenbrook community.
