Man arrested for sending explicit e-mails
Sunday, October 29, 2006

A Baldwin Township man who was free on bond after his arrest in an Internet child-sex sting has been arrested again and charged with using the MySpace Web site to proposition a teenage girl.

Attorney General Tom Corbett said Dustin Pawlicki, 21, was arrested after he sent sexually explicit e-mails to a 14-year-old girl after browsing through personal profiles posted on the networking Web site. Mr. Pawlicki also proposed that the girl meet and have sex with him after learning she lives in Allegheny County, Mr. Corbett said.

Mr. Pawlicki used a computer in the electronics store where he worked to contact the girl four times between Aug. 29 and Sept. 15, Mr. Corbett said. He was not permitted to contact minors or use a computer as conditions of his release on bail after his previous arrest in June, Mr. Corbett said.

Mr. Pawlicki was charged Friday with criminal solicitation to have unlawful contact with a minor and criminal use of a computer. He also was charged with possession of illegal child pornography that investigators found when they searched a computer seized from him after his previous arrest, Mr. Corbett said.

He is awaiting trial on charges stemming from the June incident.
