Grant Street Associates -- Cushman & Wakefield, a full-service commercial real estate firm, said Pressley Ridge and Northern Area Family Medicine have signed long-term leases totaling 25,081 square feet at Pittsburgh Office and Research Park, a Class-A office complex on McKnight Road. Pressley Ridge will occupy 18,884 square feet -- the full fourth floor -- of soon-to-be-renovated Building One, 5500 Corporate Drive, for its new administrative headquarters beginning in January. With a 172-year history of serving children and families in distress, Pressley Ridge provides services in six states and the District of Columbia. Now serving more than 3,500 troubled children and families on an annual basis, Pressley Ridge also trains professionals to work with troubled children throughout the world.

Aspen Dental Management Inc., a privately held dental practice management group in the Northeast, and its affiliated dentists opened the fifth Aspen Dental location in the Pittsburgh area at 7372B McKnight Road, at Patrick Place in front of Ross Park Mall. The North Hills office has its own denture laboratory, which ensures same-day turnaround for new dentures, denture repairs, relines or adjustments.
Sky Bank - Pittsburgh Region opened a new Financial Center at 1340 Freeport Road, O'Hara. Branch hours: Monday through Thursday, 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.; Friday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.; and Saturday 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.
Marshalls Inc., a national off-price retailer, opened a store today at Stone Quarry Commons, 91 Wagner Road, Monaca. Store hours: Opening day, 8 a.m. -- 10 p.m.; Monday-Saturday, 9:30 a.m. --9:30 p.m.; and Sunday, 11 a.m. --7 p.m.
Black Box Corp. opened an office in Kelana Jaya, Malaysia, centrally positioned between Kuala Lumpur, the capital city, and Shah Alam, the newly developed IT zone.

Graphic Design usa recently presented Kolbrener Inc. with seven 2006 American Graphic Design Awards for excellence in communication and graphic design. Kolbrener was honored for Arch Coal, 2005 Annual Report; Pressley Ridge, 2006 President's Report; University of Pittsburgh Medical Center, Forefront Newsletter Design; MEMS Industry Group, Capabilities Brochure; PureSafety, Capabilities Brochure; Holy Family Institute, Brochure; Four Winds Gallery, Inner Visions Gallery Opening.
Mike Gannon, EMS Program Coordinator at Allegheny General Hospital, received the 2006 National Association of EMS Educators Hero's Award from the National Association of EMS Educators. Mr. Gannon coordinates all classes in advanced cardiac life support, pediatric advanced life support, pre-hospital trauma life support, advanced trauma life support and basic cardiac life support for the West Penn Allegheny Health System.
