North Park/Marshall -- Help raise money for breast cancer awareness during the Pink Ribbon Round Up, a two-day charity event featuring a Western-themed gala and horseback ride, this weekend at Lexus of North Hills, Route 19, and North Park.
The Corral for a Cure gala will begin at 7 p.m. Friday at Lexus of North Hills showroom, Route 19. Tickets are $125 and include food, beverages, espresso and dessert bar, live entertainment and more.
The Trails for a Cure ride takes place from 11:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday in North Park. Registration is from 10 to 11 a.m. Entry fee is $25 and includes lunch, T-shirt, gift bags and more. Participants are asked to raise $100 minimum in donations. All levels of equestrians invited; those 18 and younger must be accompanied by an adult.
Proceeds from both events benefit the Pink Ribbon Round Up, the Pittsburgh affiliate of the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation.
