Century 21 Town and Country Real Estate Services has hired new sales associates for its Adams office.

Linda Polley is a multimillion-dollar producer formerly with Howard Hanna. She has 14 years' experience as a Realtor and is a broker associate in Florida.

Linda Bee, also a former Howard Hanna agent, has 25 years of management experience in marketing and sales. She specializes in equestrian estates, farms and acreage.

Bonnie Stright was named the top listing agent for June at RE/MAX North.

She has 28 years' experience and is an associate broker, Certified Residential Specialist and Relocation Specialist.

Pamela Quattrone has returned to Coldwell Banker Tri-County Realty as vice president of sales and training of both locations and office manager of the Washington branch.

She has more than 13 years' experience and is an associate broker, Accredited Buyer Representative and Graduate, Realtors Institute.

Prudential Preferred Realty has hired several new agents.

Jo Johnston of Upper St. Clair has joined the Route 19 South office. She owned and managed a medical transcription business.

Sandra Keffer of Greensburg has joined the Greensburg office. She worked as a nurse for 35 years and owned and operated an assisted-living facility for 22 years.

Deidre Daugherty of Mt. Lebanon has joined the Route 19 South office. She worked as a registered nurse at Children's Hospital of Pittsburgh.

Howard Hanna Real Estate Services has announced its top offices and agents for June.

The Mt. Lebanon office, led by manager and vice president Ruth Foltz, was first, with a collective volume of $32 million, followed by the Shadyside office, led by manager and senior vice president Bill Aiken, with nearly $32 million, and the Fox Chapel office, led by manager and vice president Cathy Winghart, with $28.8 million.

Roz Neiman, Shadyside, was No. 1 in sales volume with $9.1 million; followed by Kathe Barge, Sewickley, $3.3 million; Bob Fox, West Suburban, nearly $3 million; Terry Lloyd, Franklin Park, $2.9 million; and Mary Eve Kearns, Peters, $2.8 million.

Bob Fox, West Suburban, led in units sold with 16; followed by Roz Neiman, Shadyside, 13; Luann Fraicola, Norwin, 11.5; Terry Lloyd, Franklin Park, 9.5; and Sue Daniel, West Suburban, and Patricia Irr, Green Tree, and Carol Williams, Apollo, all with nine.

The listing volume leaders were Roz Neiman, Shadyside, $4.7 million; Betty Moraca, Sewickley, nearly $4 million; Cindy Sunseri, Mt. Lebanon, nearly $3 million; Jill Bolner, Squirrel Hill office, nearly $3 million; and Kathe Barge, Sewickley, $2.5 million.

The listing unit leaders were Deborah Kane, East Suburban, 15.5; Bob Fox, West Suburban, 10; Cindy Sunseri, Mt. Lebanon, 10; Marietta Blongeaux, Apollo, eight; and Susan Highley, Upper St. Clair, Sue Daniel, West Suburban, and Joanne Hubiak, West Suburban, all with seven.

Coldwell Banker Real Estate has named its top agents for June.

Kevin Mihm, North Hills, had 12 sales worth $3.8 million and 10 listings worth $4 million; Georgie Smigel, Cranberry, $3.8 million in sales and $3.9 million in listings; Cindy Ingram, Shadyside, $3.7 million in sales; Sydnie Jones, Route 19/Galleria, $3.2 million in sales and $1.1 million in listings; Maureen Fullerton, Cranberry, 13 listings worth $4.5 million; and John Adair, Route 19/Galleria, 16 listings worth $4.2 million.
