What you should know: Girls plot revenge after discovering they're dating the same guy. Cast includes Jesse Metcalfe from "Desperate Housewives" along with Ashanti, Sophia Bush and Brittany Snow.
Language: A couple of four-letter words and mild sexual humor.
Sexual situations and nudity: No nudity, but sex is the main topic of discussion. The title character appears in a woman's thong.
Violence/scary situations: The girls' revenge is more about pranks and ruining John Tucker's reputation than hurting him.
Drug and alcohol use: None.
'Scoop'
Rated: PG-13.
Suitable for: Tweens and older.
What you should know: Woody Allen wrote, directed and co-stars in this comedy, also starring Scarlett Johansson, Hugh Jackman and Ian McShane, about amateur sleuths on the trail of the Tarot Card Killer in England.
Language: Exasperation is expressed with "Jesus" or "Christ" a couple of times.
Sexual situations and nudity: A couple is pictured in bed, and there is talk about sleeping with a virtual stranger, while drunk, and prostitutes.
Violence/scary situations: A Grim Reaper figure leads a boat of the recently departed, who discuss their manner of death, and a killer is on the loose. A couple of lives are in jeopardy.
Drug and alcohol use: Adults commiserate or celebrate with alcohol, and one person drinks to excess and does something foolish.
'The Ant Bully'
Rated: PG.
Suitable for: Children 5 and up.
What you should know: This is an animated movie about a 10-year-old boy who torments ants but, thanks to a magic potion, is shrunken down to their size and taken to their colony. There, he learns lessons about bullying, friendship and families.
Language: None.
Sexual situations and nudity: Little Lucas has to fashion a sort of loincloth for his newly miniaturized self, and the audience sees part of a character's behind.
Violence/scary situations: Includes bullying, tormenting of ants and humans. Ants magically shrink a couple of people for either dramatic or comic purposes.
Drug and alcohol use: None.
