To allow Pittsburgh's skyline to shine at full sparkle tonight, Downtown businesses are being asked to leave their lights on in exterior windows until the end of the All-Star game tonight.

The request is aimed at "particularly those visible from the stadium area," said Barbara Wise-Rau, executive director of the Building Owners & Managers Association of Downtown Pittsburgh.

Ms. Wise-Rau said that participation is voluntary.
