5: Grand slams Cleveland slugger Travis Hafner hit this season in the Indians' first 85 games this season. Consider: It took Lou Gehrig 2,164 games to hit his major-league record 23.

15: Consecutive seasons that Yankees pitcher Mike Mussina has won 10 games -- longest streak in AL history -- after beating the Indians, 11-3, Wednesday.

16: Age of Jesus Montero, a 6-foot-3, 220-pound catcher from Venezuela, who the Yankees signed to a $2 million contract this season. Sixteen!

24: Players who have been hit by pitch three times in one game after Nomar Garciaparra was plunked three times by Arizona Monday.

27: Runs scored in the Marlins' 18-9 rout of Washington on Wednesday -- easily the most runs scored in the history of RFK Stadium. The previous high was 22 when the Orioles pounded the Senators, 18-4, April 22, 1965.

27: Consecutive Oakland batters Angels pitcher John Lackey retired Friday after giving up a leadoff hit in the first inning.

4.52: Average for Twins catcher Joe Mauer in June (42 for 93).

854: Games it took Albert Pujols to reach 2,000 career total bases -- the fastest player in history to the milestone, surpassing Nomar Garciaparra (869).

1,000: Consecutive games played by Orioles shortstop Miguel Tejada after starting vs. Atlanta July 1.
