Northwood Realty Services has hired several new sales agents.

Kristan Garboski of Houston, formerly of Coldwell Banker, has joined the Washington office. She is board secretary of the Washington-Greene Association of Realtors and was named that agency's Realtor of the Year in 2003. A licensed agent for more than 20 years, she's a multimillion-dollar producer and a life member of the Pennsylvania Association of Realtors Excellence Club.

Kimberly Rech of North Huntingdon has joined the Greensburg office. She attended Allegheny County Community College and has a second degree black belt in tae kwon-do.

Arlene Shelby of Mount Washington has joined the Upper St. Clair office. She is a multimillion-dollar producer and member of the National and Pennsylvania Associations of Realtors

RE/MAX Heritage has recognized its top sales associates for May. Sandy Rutkowski led in listings closed. Stephen Mole was No. 1 for sales closed and also won the Quality Service Award.

Howard Hanna Real Estate Services has hired new agents.

Tracy Kreatsoulas of Harrison City, previously with Prudential, has joined the Murrysville office.

Kirk Ketchum of Mt. Lebanon has joined his wife, Mary, in the Mt. Lebanon office. He previously worked as corporate account manager for Howard Hanna's relocation and business development department. He graduated from Boston University with a degree in political science and is seeking a master's degree in business administration from Waynesburg College.

Rose Watson of Bethel Park has joined the Upper St. Clair office. Formerly with Prudential, she graduated from Stautzenberger Business College in Ohio and Real Estate Educators in Pennsylvania.

Mandi Zieglarhas has joined the Norwin office. She worked previously for Prudential Realty and earned the Accredited Buyer Representative designation.

Prudential Preferred Realty has named its top agents for May.

Kathy Hall and Betsy Wotherspoon, North Hills, were first in sales and Scott Ludwick, Greensburg, led in listings.

Linda Honeywell, North Hills, was No. 1 in listings sold. Teresa Huhn, North Hills, was the leader in new construction listings and Cheryl Marsh was first in new construction listings sold.

Coldwell Banker Real Estate was awarded the Web Image Designation Award for 2005. The company was honored for its utilization of photo features to market homes on www.coldwellbanker.com. Fewer than 30 percent of Coldwell Banker affiliates nationwide qualified for the award.

DEVELOPMENTS

During the Rabold Fields home show today from noon to 5 p.m., 12 model homes will be open in the Pine development.

Model packages start at $400,000 for the 69 single-family homes. Each site features 100 foot frontages. Buyers may choose one of the available models or build to suit with any of 19 featured builders. Lot prices start in the mid-$80,000s.

Foxmoor in Cranberry is offering special buyer incentives this month on two- or three-bedroom condominiums or three- or four-bedroom townhomes. Buyers receive a 3 percent closing cost credit and condo fees will be waived for six months.

Condominium packages start at $129,400 and townhomes at $289,900. Amenities include an outdoor swimming pool, patio and poolhouse, tanning room, 24-hour access gym, conference rooms, concierge, and wooded walking trails.
