She is board secretary of the Washington-Greene Association of Realtors and was named that agency's Realtor of the Year in 2003. A licensed agent for more than 20 years, she's a multimillion-dollar producer and a life member of the Pennsylvania Association of Realtors Excellence Club.
Kimberly Rech of North Huntingdon has joined the Greensburg office. She attended Allegheny County Community College and has a second degree black belt in tae kwon-do.

Foxmoor in Cranberry is offering special buyer incentives this month on two- or three-bedroom condominiums or three- or four-bedroom townhomes. Buyers receive a 3 percent closing cost credit and condo fees will be waived for six months.
