The Mortgage Bankers Association of Southwestern Pennsylvania has announced its officers and directors for 2006-07:

President: Michael Flynn, Keystone Financial Services; immediate past president: Lisa A. MacBeth, MortgageIT; vice president: Richard Eichner, West View Savings Bank; secretary: Bethann Caligiuri, Fifth Third Bank; treasurer: Patricia Micire, Dollar Bank.

Directors: Janet Balentine, AIG United Guaranty; Jane Flaherty, Standard Bank; Edward Wielgus, Washington Federal Savings Bank; Edward Lantz, Land America/Commonwealth; and Skip Leonhard, MGIC.

Lee Borellis of Churchill, an agent with Howard Hanna Real Estate's East Suburban office, has been elected to the board of directors of the Realtors Association of Metropolitan Pittsburgh.

A Realtor for 23 years, Ms. Borellis has achieved the designations of Christie's Great Estate Specialist, Residential Relocation Specialist and Seniors Real Estate Specialist. She is also a multimillion-dollar producer, National Sales Excellence Award winner and member of Howard Hanna's Champions Club.

The team of Barbara Baker and Bob Main, sales associates for Prudential Preferred Realty's Route 19 South office, was recently named winner of the PREA 100 Award for 2005. The award goes to the 100 agents nationwide who have had the highest number of residential sales. This is the fifth year that they have received this honor.

Ms. Baker and Mr. Main, who have more than 42 years of real estate experience between them, have been recognized nationally in Prudential Real Estate Affiliates' Top 15, Top of the Rock, Chairman's Circle and Prudential's Legend Award, given to those who have achieved Chairman's Circle for five years. They have also received Housing Excellence awards, including the prestigious Golden Hammer.

Coldwell Banker Real Estate has added five experienced agents.

Bonnie Bishop, formerly with Addleman Realty Co., has joined the North Huntingdon office.

Patty Larkin, formerly with Achieve Realty, has joined the Airport/West Regional office. Ms. Larkin, a Franklin Park resident, studied mental health counseling at Gannon University.

Eric Nicholas has joined the Shadyside office. Formerly with Howard Hanna, Mr. Nicholas specializes in buyer representation and has earned the designation Certified Residential Specialist.

Christina Kozera, formerly with Howard Hanna, has joined the East Regional office. She is a member of the East Suburban Professional Real Estate Salespersons Society and has been named to the Andron Epiphanon Society of Excellence.

Jason Evanitcka has joined Prudential's Squirrel Hill office. He formerly worked as managing controller of telecommunications, service and resource specialists for Bombay Co.

Maureen G. Ford has been named by Colliers Penn as vice president in charge of corporate communications and related projects.

She has 18 years of experience in industrial and commercial real estate, brownfield redevelopment and foreign trade zone management. She has worked previously with Regional Industrial Development Corp. of Southwestern Pennsylvania and has a bachelor's degree in marketing from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.

EVENTS

Coldwell Banker will host a home-buying seminar at 6 p.m. Tuesday in the Airport/West Regional office. A question-and-answer period will follow and refreshments will be served.

RE/MAX Select Realty will host its annual Children's Miracle Network charity golf outing on June 16 at Birdsfoot Golf Club in Freeport.

Beginning at noon with a shotgun start, the event will include prizes for players and a silent auction. The cost is $150 per person and includes cart and green fees, continental breakfast, lunch certificate, steak dinner and beverages. Crossgates Realty has constructed a full-scale model loft-style condominium in a warehouse next door to its Lofts on Baum, a 30-unit building to be built at 5848 Baum Blvd.
