Anna Wagner was born into German immigrant family and lived for more than a century in and near Johnstown. Most of her 102 years were spent in the same house.

She and the building survived the Great Johnstown Flood on May 31, 1889. The house also survived a being moved to make a larger back yard and later, a fire. This Saturday its doors will be opened to the public as a museum to immigrant working class life.

The Post-Gazette toured the house in advance for this report with curator and historian Dan Ingram.
