LINCOLN PLACE: VFW Catherine Eckert Post 5321 sponsors a Memorial Day parade on Interboro Avenue at 10 a.m., starting at Plaport Street and ending at Mifflin School, Mifflin Road, where a memorial service will be held. OAKLAND: Soldiers & Sailors National Military Museum & Memorial, 4141 Fifth Ave., holds a Memorial Service at 11 a.m. for Pennsylvania's Fallen Soldiers from the War on Terrorism.For details, call 412-621-4253.

SOUTH SIDE/MOUNT OLIVER/CARRICK: The South Side Hilltop Memorial Day Committee sponsors a police-escorted caravan of cars with local veterans groups and organizations with services at 12 stops in South Side, Mount Oliver and Carrick. Ceremonies begin at 8 a.m. at South Side's riverfront park, off 18th Street, with Mayor Bob O'Connor and Honorary Chairman Gerald T. Vitela placing a wreath in the Monongahela River. The event concludes with a special ceremony at 11:30 a.m. at South Side Cemetery, 1404 Brownsville Road, Carrick, and a flyover. Call 412-884-3342.
