Howard Hanna Real Estate Services has announced its top offices and agents for April. The Shadyside office, led by senior vice president Bill Aiken, was the top office with a collective volume of $35.7 million, followed by Mt. Lebanon, led by vice president Ruth Foltz, with $31.3 million and Fox Chapel, led by vice president Cathy Winghart with $29.6 million.

The sales volume leaders were Annette Banks, Squirrel Hill, $2.8 million; Roz Neiman, Shadyside, nearly $2.8 million; and Cindy Sunseri, Mt. Lebanon, $2.7 million. Sales unit leaders were Karl Owens, Sewickley; Roz Neiman, Shadyside; Maury Guttman, Shadyside; Ann Greathouse, Squirrel Hill; Denny Leshock, Greensburg; Jamie Cole, Norwin; and Michelle Branham, West Suburban.

Mia Kail-Bojalad, Sewickley, was first in listing volume with $3.7 million, followed by Audrey Ifft, Fox Chapel, $3.5 million; and Sharon Abelman, Squirrel Hill, $2.3 million. Listing unit leaders were Deborah Kane, East Suburban; Mary Lou Hagman, Peters; and Susan Lynn, Murrysville.

Bob Kohler of Wellington Real Estate has earned the e-PRO designation from the National Association of Realtors.

The e-PRO program trains Realtors in the use of e-mail and the Web in real estate marketing.

Northwood Realty Services has announced its top performing agents for April.

Dan Kite, McCandless, was first in sales volume with 11 totaling $2.4 million. Sandy Gurgovits, Shenango Valley, led in listing volume with 10 worth $3.7 million and nine sales totaling $2 million.

Staci Rullo, Penn Hills, was No. 1 in units sold and listed with 16 sales totaling $1.9 million and 16 listings worth $1.8 million.

Other top performers were: JoAnn Milesky, McCandless, nine listings worth $2.4 million; Tim Ulam, Peters, seven sales totaling $2 million and six listings worth $1.6 million; Judy and Dave Tonya, Cranberry, nine sales totaling $2 million and six listings worth $1.4 million; Darla Jobkar, Peters, five listings worth $2 million and six sales totaling $1.2 million;

Marlene McNaughton, Upper St. Clair, 12 sales totaling $1.7 million and seven listings worth $1.4 million; Fred Turner, Cranberry West, seven sales totaling $1.5 million and seven listings worth $1.1 million; Gail Carpenter, Cranberry West, five sales totaling $1.3 million; Chrissy Galambos, Peters, three sales totaling $1.2 million; Kathy and Damian DiCesare, Murrysville, five listings worth $1 million, and Linda Pelkofer, Hampton, 10 sales totaling $1 million.

Marlene Sausman of Prudential Preferred Realty was recently named to Prudential Real Estate Affiliates' Chairman's Circle -- Gold, which means she ranks in the top 3 percent of Prudential agents nationally. This was the third year she has won the award.

Ms. Sausman became a Realtor in 1992 and joined Prudential in 1999.

Ruth Drescher, a sales associate in Coldwell Banker Real Estate's Shadyside office, has been appointed to the Pittsburgh Historic Review Commission.

A full-time Realtor for more than 12 years. Ms. Drescher is a member of the Realtors Association of Metropolitan Pittsburgh and the state and national Realtors associations. The seven commission members meet monthly to review proposed demolitions, new construction and alterations to city historic landmarks and to buildings within city historic districts.

Michelle Sabo has joined RE/MAX Premier Group's Mt. Lebanon office. She has six years' experience in customer service and sales.

The Pennsylvania Association of Mortgage Brokers has announced its new officers: Jim Bulger of West Homestead, president; Greg Incardona of Jefferson Hills, president-elect; and Mike Vernon of Ligonier, vice president.

Mr. Bulger, a regional sales manager for New Century Mortgage Corp., has experience in underwriting, collecting and serving as a branch manager on the retail side, as well as expertise in the secondary mortgage market.

Mr. Incardona, a mortgage broker, runs Eagle Mortgage Associates, an agency in Pleasant Hills that has six loan officers and two loan processors.

Mr. Vernon runs Westmoreland Financial Services of Pennsylvania, a mortgage brokerage company with an in-house underwriter and five loan officers.

Prudential Preferred Realty has hired new sales associates. The agents and their offices are:
