What's open, closed for today's primary election day

Today is primary election day. Polls are open from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m.

City and state offices are open, but county offices are closed. Common Pleas Court is closed, but a judge will be on duty to rule on election disputes.

Federal courts and offices are open, as are banks and liquor stores. There is no change in mail delivery, garbage collection or Port Authority schedules.
