Hempfield -- Westmoreland County Community College is conducting a five-week Emergency Medical Technician instructor course from 6 to 10 p.m. Mondays and Wednesdays beginning March 27 at the Business & Industry Center on WCCC Youngwood campus, 400 Armbrust Road. The course is open to EMTs and paramedics, age 18 or older, who have a high school diploma or GED and cardiopulmonary resuscitation certification. Students must also have a letter of sponsorship from an emergency care training institute.
