Making tracks

While the Steelers ride the Bus to the Super Bowl, fans at Beaver Valley Mall are riding the train.

The train ride in the food court of the Monaca mall has been redecorated in black and gold to support the Steelers' trip to the Super Bowl. The ride through Steelers Country continues through Feb. 12 and is $1.75 per child.

Just the facts

Do you know which quarterback has the most 300-yard passing games as a Steeler? Prior to Jerome Bettis, who was the last Steeler to wear number 36?

As the Super Bowl approaches, fans' knowledge of the Steelers is being tested. There is a daily trivia question at www.post-gazette.com/steelers.

But where can you turn when you are stumped? The Carnegie Library of Pittsburgh's Reference Services Department is ready to answer even the toughest football related questions.

Fans can submit questions in person, online at www.carnegielibrary.org/ask or with the library's Telephone Ready Reference Unit at 412-622-3114.

By the way, the quarterback with the most 300-yard passing games as a Steeler is Tommy Maddox with six and cornerback Fred Foggie wore number 36 in 1994.
