WPIAL Class AAA

Big Seven -- Chartiers Valley, Elizabeth Forward, Peters Township, Keystone Oaks, Thomas Jefferson, Trinity, West Mifflin.

In Class AAAA, AAA and A, the top four teams in each conference make the playoffs. In Class AA, the top three teams from each conference make the playoffs, plus one wild-card fourth-place team.
