A Hollywood insider is coming to Carnegie Mellon University to tour its Entertainment Technology Center and discuss the movie business.
Jeffrey Katzenberg, who co-founded DreamWorks SKG with Steven Spielberg and David Geffen in 1994, will talk about the studio and the future of animation at 2:30 p.m. tomorrow at McConomy Auditorium, University Center, Forbes Avenue. He will take questions from the audience in an event open to the public.
DreamWorks produced the Oscar-winning "Shrek" and its sequel, along with the summer hit "Madagascar," and on Friday, will release "Wallace & Gromit: The Curse of the Were-Rabbit." Katzenberg, a native New Yorker, previously was chairman of Walt Disney Studios.
