A second person has been arrested for the 2003 slaying of a McKeesport drug informant.

Yusef Rhone, 22, was arrested Wednesday in the shooting death of Thomas Holmes and charged with criminal homicide and criminal conspiracy. Rhone joins his brother, Joseph, who was also charged with criminal homicide a week after Holmes' death and is scheduled to stand trial in November.
