She received a bachelor's degree in communications from Clarion University and is a specialist in the Pennsylvania National Guard, where she is in the officer candidate school.
Irma Smith, Jack Vitlar, Shari Thomas and Lee Ann Davisson have joined the Cranberry office. Smith previously worked for Howard Hanna in the Cranberry and Butler offices and has worked for Century 21 Realty. Vitlar has worked in real estate in Michigan and in home improvement sales.
Kendra Bumblauskas of Blackridge has joined the East Suburban office. She received a bachelor's degree in accounting from Simpson College in Iowa. She recently worked for the Principal Financial Group in Waltham, Mass.
Domelle Fani, Shirley Goyette and Harry Nytra have joined the Green Tree office.
Fani received a bachelor's degree in communication from the University of Pittsburgh and previously worked in Pitt's athletics and media relations departments.
Goyette has been in the health care business for 25 years and holds bachelor's and master's degrees in public administration from the University of Pittsburgh.
Nytra attended Gateway Technical Institute and was previously an estimator for construction/interior finishes.

Karen Frank of Mt. Lebanon has joined Prudential Preferred Realty's Route 19 South office. She received a bachelor's degree from Indiana University of Pennsylvania. She previously owned and operated Sashay's, a women's store at the Galleria in Mt. Lebanon.
Shobhan Sheth has joined Keller Williams Realty North as a commercial agent.
He has a bachelor's degree from Robert Morris University in business administration and an executive financial planning certificate from Duquesne University. Sheth is also a certified business intermediary, a designation awarded by International Business Brokers Association.

Kevin Mihm, North Hills, led with 21 sales totaling $7.5 million and seven listings worth $2.9 million. Georgie Smigel, Cranberry, had 17 sales worth $4.5 million and $1.7 million in listing volume.
John Adair had 10 sales transactions, Maria Lane had sales of $1.9 million and Sydnie Jones had listings of $1.5 million. All are from the Route 19/Galleria office. Monica Mahla, Peters, had listings worth $2.8 million and Darla D' Anna, South Hills/Upper St. Clair, had nine listings worth $1.5 million.
Robin Ross had $1.5 million in sales, Tammy Sorco had 11 sales and Joyce Seretti had $1.5 million in listings. All are in the Airport/West Regional office. Donna Savage, Beaver, had 12 listings worth $1.3 million.
