![]() Bryan Putt Job: President, American International Relocation Solutions (AIReS) Age: 40 Ambitions: Develop and maintain a "world class" company with a team of great people, be a good husband and father, and enjoy the many different opportunities that life presents. First job: Cleaning offices during summer breaks Hardest job/why?: Current! Every day provides new challenges, from a client expectation/need standpoint, as well as from a staff/team growth and development standpoint. There are no "absolute" right or wrong answers, so a lot of effort is spent trying to find the best overall approach to things. Biggest work challenge ever: Business Year 2001 & 2002 -- Economy and 9/11 created many challenges for business in general, and required a true team effort from all of our staff to support existing clients, and continue to develop business in an environment that forced many organizations to shrink or experience losses. Through that period we maintained our staff, remained profitable and grew our relocation services business. Favorite stock/mutual fund: The "stock" in our own company. Where better to invest than in the people you know and trust the most! Away from work I: Enjoy motor sports, boating, skiing, and time with the family. Dream vacation: I'm lucky enough to travel globally for business and get to experience a lot of amazing places. So the "dream vacation" is really when I get to share those experiences with people I enjoy. Favorite book: "Good to Great" by Jim Collins If I won the Lottery, I'd: Keep doing what I'm doing, just more of it!
